Faxaflói: Soft Winter Light on the Waters of Reykjavik

Faxaflói

Reykjavik rests on the south shore of Faxaflói, a large bay that sits between the peninsulas of Snæfellsnes and Reykjanes. The days are quite short now, so whenever the sunlight manages to drift out from behind the clouds I try to take the opportunity to go for a walk and enjoy this beautiful city and its magnificent views of snow dusted mountains. Faxaflói
